Description
A random merman. He doesn't have a name or back story yet, he's just pretty. His tail was inspired by a sailfish and a leafy sea dragon. I am going to put him in an actual picture soon, but I am too lazy ATM to do so. So for now enjoy his lovely transparent fins.
